I’ve been going back and forth on this for my own playing for years and also discuss my main points in the video, but for me it’s just more convenient to use an iPad / tablet at the end of the day - even with all the disadvantages of tablets.
Something I would be more thoughtful of though, is screentime. Especially for a younger audience that’s just starting to learn the piano (or any instrument), I feel like adding more screentime with an iPad can be problematic.
